The area around the property, a short walk from the historic centre, alternates Art Nouveau-style houses, small shops and seafood restaurants, maintaining a quiet atmosphere away from the seafront, which is busier during peak season.
Levanto’s beach is about 400 metres away, while the train station is just 300 metres away and connects in a few minutes to Monterosso, Vernazza and the other villages of the Cinque Terre, otherwise reachable only on foot or by boat. Within 350 metres there are several restaurants, including Casa Scapinera and Pizzeria la Mela, as well as Enoteca Vinum for an aperitif. Genoa-Sestri Airport is about 65 km away, an hour and a quarter by car or train.
