Corniglia is the smallest and one of the most striking of the five villages of the Cinque Terre National Park, perched on a promontory overlooking the Ligurian Sea. AMARE IL MARE is located on Via Fieschi, in the heart of the village, where cars cannot enter: the last stretch to the property is on foot, through the colourful houses and narrow alleys typical of Ligurian architecture.

Corniglia Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is just 350 metres away, while Corniglia train station, connected to the line linking the five villages, is about 500 metres away and allows guests to reach Vernazza, Manarola, Riomaggiore and Monterosso in just a few minutes by train without needing a car. For those arriving from farther away, Castello di San Giorgio in La Spezia is about 27 km away, while Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport is about 108 km away, an hour and a half by car.

The village is a great starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre trails: the famous Sentiero Azzurro (Blue Trail), which connects the five villages along the coast, begins right here and offers sea views amid terraced vineyards and olive trees.
