Ansitz Battisti Suites is located in the countryside of Caldaro, in a hamlet called Feld, surrounded by the rows of the South Tyrolean Wine Road and just steps from Lake Caldaro, the warmest bathing lake in the Alps. The area retains the rural character of the South Tyrolean farmhouses, with vineyards climbing the hills towards the Mendola Pass.

The centre of Caldaro with its shops and the St.Anton-Sant’Antonio railway station is about 2 km away, while two highly regarded dining spots, Castel Ringberg and Philiaz, are 850 and 950 metres from the property respectively. Bolzano Airport is about 7 km away, convenient for those arriving by plane, and the South Tyrolean capital with its museums is less than 15 minutes away by car.

In summer, Lake Caldaro, just steps from the farmhouse, is a destination for swimming, sailing and stand up paddle, while in every season the trails among the vineyards towards the Mendola Pass, about 1 km away, offer walks and mountain bike excursions.
