The area is typical of the city centre, with alleys, historic bars and Habsburg-era buildings that tell the story of a border town between Italy and Slovenia. A few metres from the property are Bar Cavour, 100 metres away, and the restaurant Al Chiostro, just as close, convenient for breakfast or dinner without having to take the car.

Getting around is easy: Gorizia Centrale station is about 1.8 km away, reachable on foot in a fifteen-minute walk or in a few minutes by car, while Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari airport is about 16 km away, useful for those arriving by plane. The border with Slovenia and the town of Nova Gorica are just a few minutes’ drive away, making the property a good starting point for a cross-border trip as well.
