Ca di me

Ca di me is an independently run holiday home in the heart of La Morra, in the province of Cuneo, among the Barolo hills classified as a UNESCO World Heritage vineyard landscape of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato.

The property occupies a building in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and offers three accommodation options designed for different needs: from the spacious house with three bedrooms, able to host up to ten people with an equipped kitchen and panoramic terrace, to the more intimate holiday home with a kitchenette and inner courtyard, ideal for couples or small groups. Each accommodation has a private bathroom, toiletries, bathrobes and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as balconies or terraces overlooking the garden, mountains or historic centre.

Outside, guests will find a shared garden, a barbecue area and free private parking, while in the surrounding area there are cycling trails through the vineyards. The central location, just steps from restaurants and wine bars, makes Ca di me a practical base for exploring the Langhe on foot or by bike.

Plan your stay at Ca di me

Independent holiday home in the heart of La Morra, among the Barolo hills, with garden, free parking and flexible accommodations for couples, families and large groups.

Room types

The accommodations at Ca di me range from a large independent 150-square-metre house, suitable for large groups or extended families, to more compact options designed for couples or small households. In all room types the bathroom is private, equipped with toiletries and a bathrobe, and there is always a flat-screen TV with cable channels for relaxing after days spent among the vineyards.

The main differences concern the size, room layout and common areas: the largest house offers three separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a full kitchen, while the smaller units feature a kitchenette or small cooking area, terraces with garden or mountain views and, in one case, a more intimate view over the inner courtyard with soundproofed walls for quieter rest.

Location & what to see

Ca di me is located in the historic centre of La Morra, one of the most panoramic villages in the Langhe, overlooking Piazza Vittorio Emanuele just steps from the town hall and the viewpoint that overlooks the Barolo valley. The village, perched on a hill at about 513 metres above sea level, retains a medieval layout with narrow lanes and historic cellars, and is considered one of the best vantage points over the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato.

Guests staying here find restaurants and wine bars right on their doorstep: Mangè restaurant is just 50 metres away, Per Bacco 150 metres away and Vineria Sociale 200 metres away, all reachable on foot. The nearest train station is Santa Vittoria, about 6 km away, while Cuneo Levaldigi Airport is 25 km away and Turin Airport about 64 km away, useful for those arriving by plane from outside the region. By car, Alba can be reached in about twenty minutes, as can other Barolo landmark towns such as Barolo itself and Verduno.

The area is ideal for those who love cycling and walking among the vine rows: numerous hillside trails start directly from La Morra and wind their way toward the surrounding wineries. About 2.4 km away is the Il Cedro del Libano park, while Cavour Castle, 5 km away, offers a historic outing among gardens and frescoed rooms. In autumn the area comes alive with the grape harvest and Alba’s Truffle Fair, while in spring and summer the hills offer lush green views perfect for light trekking and tastings at local wineries, many of which are open year-round by reservation.
