Casa Margherita is located in the Tilly hamlet of Challand Saint Anselme, a small municipality in the lower Aosta Valley nestled among the ridges of the Val d’Ayas. The village sits at around 700 metres above sea level, in a strategic position for exploring some of the region’s most beautiful valleys, just a few kilometres from the ski slopes of Brusson and the vast Monterosa Ski resort, which connects the Val d’Ayas, Gressoney Valley and Valsesia.

The surrounding area is rich in historical and natural heritage. About 4 km away stands the Castello di Graines, one of the best-preserved medieval fortresses in the Aosta Valley, perched on a rocky spur with breathtaking panoramic views. A few kilometres away lies the Chamousira Gold Mine of Brusson, now open to the public as an underground museum. At 10 km, the majestic Forte di Bard, one of the most imposing 19th-century military complexes in the Alps, hosts art exhibitions and historical trails of great interest.

For nature lovers, the Colle di Zuccore can be reached on foot in just over an hour, offering sweeping views of the surrounding alpine peaks. The nearest railway station is at Montjovet, approximately 13 km away by car, while Aosta Airport is about 40 km away.
