The resort borders a protected natural area and a stretch of largely undeveloped coastline, offering a quieter environment than the town centre while remaining within easy reach of the main amenities. The 50,000 m² park surrounding the accommodations helps maintain a relaxed atmosphere, suited to those seeking space and contact with nature without giving up proximity to the lake.

The historic centre of Desenzano del Garda, with its small harbour and town streets, can be reached in just a few minutes by car or by bike, also thanks to the bike rental service available on site. Lido di Lonato is about 900 m away, Spiaggia Desenzanino is 1.1 km away, and Spiaggia di Rivoltella is 3.7 km away. Desenzano del Garda-Sirmione railway station, on the Milan-Venice line, is 2.8 km away, while Verona-Villafranca Airport is about 28 km away, and Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport is 66 km away. For a quick meal, Ristorante Dolcevita is just 30 metres from the resort.
