The holiday home enjoys lake views, garden views and mountain views, a typical mix found in this northern part of the lake, which is less crowded than the southern shore.

Colico railway station is just 500 metres away, convenient for those arriving by train from Milan or Lecco, while Colico beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, about 950 metres away. Several restaurants such as La Briciola and Locanda Capolago are located within 600 metres. The nearest airports are Lugano Agno (38 km) and Bergamo-Orio al Serio (56 km), connected via a paid shuttle on request.
