The rooms, some with a balcony and views of the town or garden, all come with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. In addition to the classic double rooms, the property offers a suite with a separate living area and several independent apartments, suited to families or longer stays thanks to larger spaces and flexible bed configurations.
The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and airport transfers, luggage storage and free WiFi throughout the property are available. Breakfast, included in the stay, offers continental and buffet options. The central location allows guests to reach restaurants such as Il Duca Bianco and Uve on foot, while the Barolo hills open up just a few minutes’ drive away, making Corte San Martino a practical base for exploring the Langhe.

Corte San Martino offers seven types of accommodation, from classic double rooms to independent apartments with a separate living area, all with a private bathroom. The two entry-level double rooms, of 18 and 22 sqm, share air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, soundproofing and a balcony with garden view, differing mainly in size and maximum capacity.
Moving up in category is the 32 sqm Suite, the only one with a private entrance, separate living area, terrace with garden view and patio, designed for those seeking more space without giving up the property’s comforts. Rounding out the offer are four apartments — the Studio and three units with one bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed — designed for families or extended stays, each with a flexible bed configuration between a double bed and an additional sofa bed, accommodating up to four people.
The most compact of the double rooms, with 18 sqm of floor space, a balcony overlooking the garden and views of the surrounding mountains. Equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar, it is the ideal choice for a couple seeking the essentials without giving up comfort.
A more spacious version of the Double Room, with 22 sqm and capacity for up to 3 people thanks to the addition of a child. This room also has a balcony with garden and mountain views, air conditioning and soundproofing, suited to those travelling with a young child.
The largest room in the property, with 32 sqm, a private entrance and a living area separate from the sleeping area. The only one with a terrace with garden view and a patio, as well as a bathroom with shower and bidet: the ideal choice for families or longer stays.
An independent studio designed for two people, with a large double bed and en-suite private bathroom. The most compact of the apartments, ideal for those seeking independence without the need for extra space.
An apartment with a separate bedroom and a living area featuring a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. Compared to the Studio, it offers more living space and a balcony, suited to families or small groups.
A second unit of the same Superior type, identical in layout with a separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living area, with a balcony and capacity for up to 4 guests, useful for groups wanting nearby but independent accommodation.
The Classic apartment follows the same layout as the Superior units, with a bedroom and sofa bed in the living area for 4 guests, but without a balcony: the most basic of the property’s multi-room apartments.
Corte San Martino provides guests with a seasonal outdoor pool, a garden with a picnic area and outdoor furniture, as well as a panoramic terrace. Those travelling by bicycle can take advantage of bike rental and organised tours, while a free private car park with an electric vehicle charging station is guaranteed for those arriving by car.
The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and the property offers practical services such as luggage storage, airport shuttle, laundry and ironing services, as well as express check-in and check-out. WiFi is free throughout the property.
