Around the property, narrow lanes, colourful houses and small local shops follow one another, with the Historic Centre Beach just 150 metres away and Fegina Beach 200 metres away, both appreciated for their fine sand and clear waters of the Ligurian Sea. Monterosso railway station, a hub of the line connecting all the Cinque Terre villages, is about 400 metres away on foot, convenient for reaching Vernazza (2.8 km) or Levanto in about 20 minutes by car.
