The town, which sits at the confluence of the lake and Valtellina, combines a lakeside atmosphere with a natural setting dominated by the mountains surrounding the basin.

Colico beach is about 450 metres away on foot, while Colico railway station is just 200 metres from the property, convenient for those arriving without a car or wishing to travel along the lakeshore towards Como or Sondrio. Within 100 metres there are several restaurants, including Pizzeria Portovino and Front Page, handy for casual dinners. By car, Lugano Agno airport is about 38 km away, while Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport is 57 km away. Villa Carlotta, one of the lake’s best-known attractions, is about 38 km away.
