Gressan is just a few kilometres from the regional capital Aosta, reachable in about ten minutes by car. The city offers a rich Roman and medieval heritage: the Roman Forum, the Arch of Augustus, the Roman Walls and the Torre del Lebbroso are all within three or four kilometres of the property. For mountain lovers, the Pila ski resort is just 10 km away: with over 70 km of black, red and blue runs, it is one of the most comprehensive ski areas in the region, served by the cable car departing from the city of Aosta. In summer, the same hillside transforms into an ideal destination for hiking and mountain biking.
