Le Ville della Romantica is located in the hamlet of Pieve Vecchia, in Manerba del Garda, in a low-density residential area that still retains a rural character despite its closeness to the lake. The holiday home complex is surrounded by private gardens and lies just a few steps from the historic site of Santa Maria di Tenesi, dating back to the 16th century, about 300 metres away.

The nearest beach, Spiaggia La Romantica, can be reached in about 400 metres on foot, while Lake Garda borders the area directly. Salò is 9 km away, and both Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione are around half an hour away by car. Those arriving by train can rely on Desenzano del Garda-Sirmione railway station, 11 km away, while the most convenient airport is Verona-Villafranca, about 31 km away. Nearby, within a few minutes on foot, are restaurants such as Cavour 11 and Osteria della Pieve, both less than 500 metres away.
