The property’s apartments are housed in early 20th-century villas scattered in the surrounding area, in a quiet setting of private gardens and views over Lake Como, close to the heart of the town but away from the traffic of the main streets.

The centre of Bellagio, with its shops and boat departure points, can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Nearby are Parco Martiri della Libertà, at 350 metres, and some of the area’s most popular restaurants, such as Cava Turacciolo and Ristorante Pizzeria Carillon, both about 450 metres away. The Gardens of Villa Melzi are 800 metres away, while the Fiumelatte and Lierna railway stations are 3 and 3.8 km away respectively, connected to the lake by ferry. By car, Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports are about 57 and 54 km away, and Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport is 47 km away.
