It is a rural and quiet setting, away from the traffic of the valley floor, with an open view of the surrounding peaks visible right from the apartment balconies.

Bressanone’s historic centre, with its Cathedral and railway station, is about 5 km away, easily reached by car in around ten minutes. Bolzano airport is about 35 km away, and Innsbruck airport about 70 km, making the area accessible even to those arriving from across the border. For a typical lunch or dinner, the restaurant Plose Stodl is 3.3 km away and Viel Nois is 3.1 km away.

In winter, the proximity to the Plose ski area, with the Gabler-Plose peak at 2,576 metres about 6 km away, makes the property a practical base for skiing, also thanks to the on-site ski storage and equipment rental.
