Pension Prack is located in Riscone, a residential hamlet of Brunico set amid the greenery of the Val Pusteria, at the foot of the Plan de Corones massif. The area is quiet, with Tyrolean-style houses and wide green spaces, but not isolated: within a few hundred metres there are several restaurants, including Hotel Petrus at 150 metres and Sigi at 350 metres.

The centre of Brunico is about 3 km away and can be reached by a bus that stops 50 metres from the property; Bruneck-Brunico train station is just under 3 km away, while Bolzano airport is about 58 km away. By car, the Bressanone exit on the A22 motorway is 30 km away. Also worth noting is the MMM Corones museum, dedicated to Reinhold Messner, about 4 km away, and the historic Porta Orientale in the centre of Brunico, 2.5 km away.

The property offers free transfers to the station and to the Plan de Corones lifts, making it convenient for those who want to ski in winter without moving their car.
