The street, Bruno Buozzi, is quiet despite its proximity to the large railway station, and offers a good balance between neighbourhood life and tourist services.

Genoa Piazza Principe station is just 400 metres away, as is the Dinegro metro stop at 200 metres, making the property convenient for those arriving by train or wanting to get around without a car. Genoa-Sestri Airport is about 4 km away, while the Aquarium of Genoa can be reached in just over a kilometre on foot.
