The property offers ten room types, from the more compact Classic and Basic Double Rooms to the Junior Suites and Suites with a separate living area, all with private bathroom, flat-screen TV and balcony or panoramic view. Some units on the third floor feature carpeted floors, a safe and a wardrobe, while the suites add a lounge area designed for longer stays.
Shared facilities include a garden, a sun terrace, a common room with a TV area, an on-site restaurant and a ski storage room, as well as free WiFi and private parking at no extra cost. A buffet breakfast accompanies every morning of the stay. Lake Resia is a few kilometres away, while the Resia Pass can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, making the property a reference point for those seeking skiing, cycling and hiking in an alpine setting.

The Reschnerhof offers eight main room types, all with private bathroom, flat-screen TV and views of the surrounding mountains. The Classic, Superior and Basic Double Rooms range from 12 to 25 sqm and are furnished in alpine style, with a balcony in the lower-floor versions and courtesy toiletries in the bathroom. On the third floor there are variants with carpeted flooring, a wardrobe and a safe, including the Smart, the only one equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
For those looking for more space, the Suite and the Junior Suite offer a living area separate from the sleeping area, a lounge and satellite channels: the Junior Suite stands out for its extra sofa bed in the living room, useful for a third guest. All rooms are non-smoking and designed for stays focused on skiing and high-altitude hiking.
Compact 16 sqm room with a balcony and mountain views, satellite flat-screen TV and private bathroom with shower. It is the most compact of the lower-floor rooms, ideal for an essential stay.
At 25 sqm, it is the largest of the standard double rooms, almost double the size of the Classic. It has a balcony with mountain views, private bathroom and satellite flat-screen TV.
The smallest room type in the property, at 12 sqm, designed for those seeking a simple and functional solution. It retains the balcony, mountain views and private bathroom found in the other lower-floor rooms.
At 32 sqm, it is the largest accommodation available, consisting of a living area separate from the bedroom. The lounge area and panoramic balcony set it apart from the simpler double rooms.
28 sqm suite with a separate living area and sofa bed, the only room to offer this combination of beds. A balcony with mountain views and a lounge area complete the accommodation.
Third-floor version of the Basic, with carpeted flooring, a wardrobe and a safe in addition to the amenities of the lower-floor rooms. Private bathroom with shower and courtesy toiletries, mountain views.
Like the Classic on the lower floors but on the third floor, with carpeting, a wardrobe and a safe in place of the balcony. Private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy toiletries.
At 26 sqm, it is the most spacious of the third-floor rooms and the only one in the entire property with both a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. Heating, wardrobe, safe and satellite channels complete the amenities.
The Reschnerhof offers guests a garden, a sun terrace and a common room with a TV area, spaces designed for relaxing after a day on the slopes or on the trails. The on-site restaurant serves the main meals, while private parking is free and available directly on site along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Guests staying here can rely on a ski storage room, a tour desk and the option to request a packed lunch, useful for those spending the day on the slopes or on the trails. Bike tours, archery and lessons on local culture are also available, along with practical services such as a safe, magnetic key access and heating in all rooms. The property is entirely non-smoking.
Reschnerhof is located in the heart of Resia, a small alpine village in Val Venosta just a short distance from the border with Austria and Switzerland, in an area dominated by the peaks surrounding the Resia Pass. The village retains an authentic mountain atmosphere, with its famous church submerged in the lake as a symbol of the area, and offers direct access to the ski slopes in winter.
The Resia Pass is just 350 metres from the property, while Lake Resia can be reached in about 3.5 km. In the village, a few hundred metres away, you’ll find restaurants such as Pizzeria Irene (300 m) and Ristorante Mohrenstuben (500 m), as well as the Roby Keller bar (550 m). Stelvio National Park is about 15 km away, while the public thermal pools are 32 km away. For those arriving by air, Bolzano Airport is 105 km away, while Engadin Airport, in Switzerland, is closer, at about 57 km.
The area is a reference point for mountain sports in every season: in winter, the Resia Pass ski facilities allow skiing practically a few steps from the property, while in summer the trails around the lake and towards Stelvio National Park are suited to hiking, cycling and scenic walks. There is also the possibility of fishing and windsurfing on Lake Resia, a destination also loved by photography enthusiasts for its unique atmosphere.
