Residence Anda is located in the heart of Pozza di Fassa, one of the main centres of Val di Fassa, in Trentino, surrounded by the Dolomites that characterise the entire valley. The immediate area is both residential and touristic: just 50 metres away is Bar Anny, while 100-150 metres away are restaurants such as Vecchio Mulino, Bar Jodler and Le Giare, convenient for evening dinners without needing a car.

Lake Carezza, one of the most photographed alpine lakes in the Dolomites, is about 9-15 km away, while Cima Catinaccio, which rises above 2,900 metres, is visible to the naked eye from the area already a few kilometres away. Passo Sella and Passo Pordoi, two of the most famous passes on the Great Dolomites Road, are 22 and 22 km away respectively, as is the Saslong ski area at 23 km. Bolzano Airport is the closest reference point for those arriving by plane, about 27-44 km away depending on the source.
