Each apartment occupies one of the typical small houses of the ancient village, preserving the authentic atmosphere of the Aosta Valley mountains thanks to wooden or tiled floors, traditional furnishings and independent entrances that guarantee maximum privacy.

The range spans from a 20 sq m studio with patio and terrace, ideal for a couple, to 50 and 60 sq m one-bedroom apartments designed for families with young children. The most spacious option is the two-storey 75 sq m apartment, which can accommodate up to six people thanks to multiple bedrooms, single beds and a sofa bed. Views of the garden, river and mountains are a feature common to almost all unit types.

The setting is peaceful and immersed in nature, at over 1,000 metres above sea level, with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and the valley floor crossed by the Dora di Valtournenche.
The property is ideally located with respect to the main ski resorts of the Aosta Valley: the slopes of Torgnon and Chamois are reachable in about 15 minutes by car, while Cervinia and Valtournenche are around half an hour away. In the opposite direction, towards the Dora Baltea, lies Châtillon with its motorway exit (about 4 km) and the famous Casino de la Vallée in Saint-Vincent just 6 km away. For those who enjoy wellness, the Terme di Saint-Vincent spa is just nearby.
The Châtillon-Saint-Vincent railway station is about 5 km away and is served by buses that stop 50 metres from the property. From here, in just over an hour by car, you can also reach Courmayeur, La Thuile and Turin Airport. The Cervino Valley also offers numerous hiking trails and via ferratas, as well as the Castello di Fénis, one of the most visited medieval fortresses in the region, about 13 km away.
