The residence is located in the heart of Bellagio, the town known as the ‘pearl of Lake Como’, right at the tip of the peninsula that divides the lake into its two branches. The area around Via Eugenio Vitali is the liveliest in the village, with characteristic alleys, shops and the ferry pier just 600 meters away, an ideal starting point for getting around the lake without a car.

Just a short walk away, about 50-150 meters, are restaurants such as Babayaga, La Fontana Bellagio and Torre del Gusto, while Parco Martiri della Libertà is 500 meters away. The Gardens of Villa Melzi are 1.3 km away and Villa Carlotta, on the other side of the lake, about 2.5 km. For those arriving by train, the Fiumelatte and Varenna-Esino-Perledo stations are 2.6 and 3.4 km away; the closest airports are Milan Malpensa (55 km), Milan Linate (58 km) and Bergamo-Orio al Serio (48 km).
