Residenza di Campagna is located in Località Monsino Sotto, a hillside hamlet of Chiaverano set in the greenery of the Canavese area, at the edge of the Bessa Park. The setting is that of the Piedmontese countryside, with vineyards, woods and small villages alternating along the morainic hills at the foot of the Alps, in an area still little touched by mass tourism.

The centre of Ivrea, with its UNESCO World Heritage rationalist architecture, is about fifteen kilometres away, while the railway stations of Montalto Dora and Borgofranco d’Ivrea are reachable at 3.6 and 3.9 km respectively, useful for those arriving by train. Turin Airport is around 37 km away, convenient for those travelling by plane. Within a kilometre there are already a few restaurants such as Caos-Pub, 400 metres away, and Locanda del Panigaccio, 550 metres away, while San Giuseppe Castle, a historic seventeenth-century residence, stands just 750 metres from the property.

Nature lovers can follow the hiking trails starting from the nearby woods, such as those towards Pian Cit and Pian Gros, about 2 km away, or take up cycling among the Canavese hills.
