The hotel is located on Via Cartiere, about 3 km from the historic centre of Riva del Garda, in a residential area surrounded by olive trees and gardens, just 300 metres from the Varone Waterfall, one of the most visited natural attractions in Alto Garda. The setting is green and quiet, yet well connected to the main points of interest on the northern shore of the lake.

About 500 metres away are Pernone Park and some typical restaurants such as Trattoria Piè di Castello and Pizza House da Giostra, while the Alto Garda Museum (MAG) can be reached in less than 3 km. The nearest beaches, such as Spiaggia Sabbioni and Spiaggia dei Pini, are about 3.3-3.6 km away, and are easily reached by car or bicycle. The most convenient airports are Verona-Villafranca (55 km) and Montichiari (65 km).
