From outside the chalet, trails lead to Lago Pellaud, Rifugio Benevolo and routes for cycling or e-bike excursions. The Gran Paradiso National Park can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Guests travelling in winter should note that snow tyres or chains are required to reach the property.

A short walk away are a grocery shop selling local specialty products and the Bar La Cheminée restaurant, about 800 metres from the chalet. Trails much frequented by hikers set off from the village towards Lago Pellaud, Rifugio Benevolo and Rifugio delle Marmotte, all set within the greenery of the Gran Paradiso. In winter, the proximity to the ski slopes — reachable in about 5 minutes by car — makes the property ideal for winter sports as well.
The Gran Paradiso National Park, one of the most important in Europe for alpine wildlife, is about 15 minutes away by car. For those wishing to explore the Aosta Valley more widely, the valley floor can be reached in around 20 minutes, with access to historic villages such as Arvier and Castello di Avise. In winter, snow tyres or chains are compulsory.
