Each unit has a kitchenette with hob, fridge and oven, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities; some rooms have their own terrace with city views, while others open onto a patio with garden view or an inner courtyard.
General facilities include free WiFi throughout the property, a shared terrace with outdoor furniture, a shuttle service and paid airport shuttle, walking tours and temporary art exhibitions organized periodically. The location in the Trionfale district, particularly appreciated by couples, allows guests to reach St. Peter’s Square, Castel Sant’Angelo and Cipro metro stop within minutes, making Domus Amica a practical base for exploring Rome’s historic center.

Domus Amica offers four room types, from Single to Quadruple, all equipped with a full kitchenette with hob, fridge, oven and utensils, plus air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Sizes increase progressively, from 15 sqm for the Single to 29 sqm for the Triple, offering options suited to solo travelers as well as small groups or families.
What sets the different rooms apart are mainly the view and additional amenities: the Single and Quadruple rooms have a private terrace with city views, the Double room overlooks a patio with garden view or inner courtyard, while the Triple is the only one with soundproofed walls and a private bathroom with shower. In the other room types, the bathroom with shower is shared. All rooms are provided with linens and towels supplied by the property.
Designed for solo travelers, this 15 sqm room is the most compact in the property but still comes with its own terrace with city views, ideal for an outdoor break. It is equipped with a full kitchenette with hob, fridge and oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning. The bathroom with shower is shared with other rooms.
Larger than the Single at 22 sqm, the Double Room is the only one overlooking a patio with garden view and inner courtyard, rather than the panoramic terrace found in the other room types. It has a desk, a fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, and air conditioning. The bathroom with shower is shared.
At 29 sqm, this is the most spacious room in the property and the only one with a private bathroom with shower, as well as soundproofed walls that make it quieter than the other units. The terrace with city views is paired with a sofa bed in addition to the double bed, making it suitable for small groups or families with a child.
Designed for families or groups of up to 4 people, this 25 sqm room combines two bunk beds with a double bed, and is the only room type to offer this configuration. It has a terrace with city views, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities; the bathroom with shower is shared with the other rooms.
Domus Amica offers free WiFi throughout the property, a shared terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a lift and central heating. For guests arriving from the airport, a paid airport shuttle is available, while those wanting to explore the city can join walking tours, tours or lessons on local culture, and movie nights organized by the property.
Each room is equipped with a full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils, as well as toiletries, a hairdryer and bed linen provided. Some units have a bathtub or shower, while others offer only a shower. The property is entirely non-smoking and provides allergy-free options for more sensitive guests, along with a service showing live sporting events in the common areas.

Castel Sant’Angelo is 1.7 km away, and the Trevi Fountain about 3 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport is about 16 km away, also reachable via the property’s paid shuttle, while Ciampino Airport is about 15 km away.
