Domus Australia

Domus Australia is a religious guesthouse housed in an ancient monastery in Rome’s Stazione Termini district, 500 metres from the Repubblica metro stop. The building retains a sober, intimate character, with an internal chapel, a courtyard and spaces that combine the history of the place with amenities designed for the modern traveller.

The rooms, from the Standard Single to the Deluxe Quadruple, are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee set, iron and a private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy set. The larger room types also include a sofa and, in some cases, a view of the garden or the internal courtyard.

A traditional Australian breakfast is served every day, moving to the courtyard on warm days, while the seasonal rooftop bar is ideal for an evening drink. The location is convenient for those arriving by train, with Roma Termini station 700 metres away, and for those wishing to walk to the Trevi Fountain in around 20 minutes.
