The property overlooks Via Palermo, a short walk from Piazza della Madonna dei Monti and Parco del Ninfeo, in an area that is lively yet quieter than the main tourist thoroughfares.

Termini Station is just 750 metres away, while the Repubblica-Teatro dell’Opera and Cavour metro stations are 400 and 500 metres away respectively, making it easy to get around the rest of the city. Ciampino Airport is about 12 km away and Fiumicino Airport 19 km away; for those arriving by plane, a paid airport shuttle is available on request.

On foot, you can reach the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, about 1 km away, as well as the Trevi Fountain, 800 metres away, and the Domus Aurea, 950 metres away.
