Location & what to see

Guest Art Roma is located in the Prati district, one of Rome’s most elegant residential areas, just steps from the border with Vatican City. Via degli Scipioni, where the property is located, is a quiet street dotted with period buildings, small shops and restaurants such as Magazzino Scipioni and La Caravella, both just a few meters from the front door. The district retains a more residential atmosphere than the historic center, while still being a stone’s throw from the city’s main attractions.

The Ottaviano metro station, on line A, is about 200 meters away and connects within minutes to the center of Rome and Termini Station. Cipro station is about 700 meters away, while the Valle Aurelia and Roma San Pietro train stations, useful for regional connections, are about 1.3 km away. Rome’s Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are 15 and 17 km away respectively, reachable with the property’s paid airport shuttle.

The Vatican Museums are just 300 meters away, while St. Peter’s Square can be reached with a walk of about 550 meters, also ideal in the early morning to avoid crowds. Castel Sant’Angelo, with its museum and views over the Tiber, is just over a kilometer away, as is Piazza Navona toward the historic center. In summer, the Vatican Gardens and shaded areas along the Tiber offer some relief, while in winter the district’s museums and churches remain the main attraction, with quicker access compared to high season.
