All rooms share toiletries, hairdryer and electric kettle, while the main differences concern the size, maximum capacity and the presence of a balcony only in the triple type, the only one overlooking the city.

House Fenicia is located on the fourth floor of a building on Via Milazzo, in the district behind Termini Station, one of the busiest and most frequented areas of Rome. The Esquilino district, multicultural and lively, offers bars, trattorias and small local shops at any hour of the day, while nearby Piazza della Repubblica introduces the more elegant Rome of shops and historic hotels.

Roma Termini Station is about 300 metres away, convenient for those arriving by train or wishing to travel by metro; Roma Termini Metro Station is 300 metres away and Castro Pretorio is 450 metres away. The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore can be reached in about ten minutes on foot, while the Colosseum is 1.6 km away and the Trevi Fountain 1.8 km away, both reachable on foot in 20-25 minutes. For those arriving by air, Rome Ciampino Airport is about 12 km away and Fiumicino Airport 20 km away, both connected to the centre by direct trains and buses to the nearby Termini Station.
