The area, mainly residential but full of shops, cafés and traditional restaurants, is served by wide, tree-lined streets that make walking pleasant, with venues such as Attilio Servi and Franz just metres from the property’s entrance.

St. Peter’s Square is about 450 metres away, while Castel Sant’Angelo can be reached with a 400-metre walk along the Lungotevere. Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations are 650 and 800 metres away respectively, offering quick connections to the historic centre and Termini station. Roma San Pietro railway station is 1.1 km away, useful for those arriving by train, while Fiumicino Airport is about 17 km away and Ciampino Airport just under 15 km.
