Several rooms offer a balcony and city views, a detail appreciated by those staying in the Vatican area. An Italian breakfast is served in the morning.
The location is particularly convenient for those travelling without a car: Ottaviano and Cipro metro stations are about 450 metres away, while Roma San Pietro railway station is just over a kilometre away. The area around Via Tunisi is lively with bars and small restaurants just steps from the entrance, a convenient base for visiting Rome’s historic centre.

My Tiny Home offers ten room types, from compact doubles to family and quadruple solutions, all designed for different groups of guests. They share air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, coffee machine and wardrobe, along with the city view that characterises practically every accommodation at the property, set in the Trionfale district just steps from the Vatican Museums.
The main differences concern the size, which ranges from 13 sqm for the Double Room to 35 sqm for the Superior Family Room, and the presence of a balcony, reserved for some room types such as the Quadruple Room with Balcony and the Luxury Quadruple Room with Balcony. The family rooms, designed for groups of up to six people, combine bunk beds, single beds and large double beds to ensure flexibility for those travelling in groups.
At 21 sqm, this quadruple room is one of the few rooms at the property with a private balcony overlooking the city, plus a coffee machine and private bathroom with shower. The bunk bed also makes it suitable for small groups with children.
With capacity for up to 6 guests, this is among the largest rooms designed for large families. The mix of single bed, bunk bed and large double bed offers more sleeping combinations than the standard quadruple rooms.
At 28 sqm, this is the most spacious quadruple room with balcony at the property, with two single beds alongside the large double bed for a more comfortable distribution among guests.
Compared to the version with balcony, this 27 sqm quadruple room offers a more intimate setting without an outdoor view, while still featuring heating, wardrobe and city view.
Designed for three people, this room is smaller than the quadruples but retains the same level of amenities, with toiletries in the bathroom and a city view from the room.
At 35 sqm, this is the largest room at My Tiny Home, suitable for large families thanks to the combination of single bed, bunk bed and large double bed.
At 30 sqm, this room is larger than the Family Room with Private Bathroom while offering fewer bed types, a good compromise between space and simplicity for those travelling in groups.
This is the smallest room at the property, 13 sqm designed for couples, with a single large double bed and the same bathroom amenities as the larger rooms.
My Tiny Home offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, designed for independent stays in the heart of the Trionfale district. All accommodations include a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and complimentary bathroom products, as well as bed linen and wardrobe.
Among the general services, the shuttle service and airport shuttle stand out, useful for those arriving or departing from Fiumicino, along with private check-in and check-out and the availability of family rooms for larger groups. The property is entirely non-smoking and features heating, iron and ironing board on request.
For connectivity, free WiFi is guaranteed throughout the property, while an internet connection via TV is also available in the room. There is no dedicated parking, something to consider for those travelling by car in this central area of Rome.
