NAMAN HOTELLERIE – Roma is a guest house in the heart of Rome’s Centro district, 300 metres from Piazza di Spagna and its famous Spanish Steps.
The property offers five room types, from the more compact Deluxe with a view of the inner courtyard to the two Junior Suites with a separate living area, designed for families or small groups. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a desk, coffee machine, minibar, safe and flat-screen TV with streaming services; a private bathroom with bidet and toiletries completes every room, while some also offer a balcony. WiFi is free for all guests.
Breakfast, served à la carte with Italian, vegetarian and vegan options, comes alongside a location guests describe as one of the most convenient in the capital: Spagna Metro Station is 150 metres away, the Trevi Fountain 700 metres away and Piazza del Popolo 650 metres away, ideal for those who want to explore Rome’s main landmarks on foot.

The rooms at NAMAN HOTELLERIE – Roma range from 16 to 36 square metres and share amenities designed for a practical stay in the historic centre: air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bathrobes, flat-screen TV with streaming services, minibar and tea and coffee set. The Deluxe Room and the King Deluxe Room, both doubles, differ in their view, overlooking the inner courtyard and the city respectively, while the Deluxe Triple Room adds a single bed to accommodate up to three people.
For those seeking more space, the two Junior Suites have a sleeping area separated from the living room with a sofa bed, suitable for families or small groups of up to four people: the version with a balcony also offers a glimpse of the inner courtyard, while the other overlooks the city rooftops. Bed linen and towels are already included in every room.
The most compact of the double rooms, with 16 square metres overlooking the inner courtyard for a more private and quiet setting compared to the other rooms. The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, toiletries and bathrobes; the room is completed by a flat-screen TV with streaming, minibar, tea and coffee set and wardrobe.
At 22 square metres, this is the largest room among the doubles/triples and the only one designed for three people, thanks to the addition of a single bed alongside the large double. It has a city view, a private bathroom with shower and bidet, TV with streaming, minibar and tea and coffee set.
More compact than the Deluxe Triple Room but with the same city view, this 18-square-metre double room features a king-size bed as the centrepiece of the décor. A private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, flat-screen TV with streaming, minibar and tea and coffee set complete the amenities.
The first of the two 32-square-metre suites, arranged with a separate bedroom and independent living room with a sofa bed, ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. The city view and the independent living area set it apart from the smaller double rooms.
The largest suite in the property, at 36 square metres and the only one with a balcony among all room types, overlooking the inner courtyard. Here too, the bedroom and living room with sofa bed are separate, offering a more private stay than the standard Junior Suite.
NAMAN HOTELLERIE – Roma focuses on amenities designed for a comfortable stay in the historic centre: free WiFi connection, air conditioning in all rooms, daily housekeeping and safe, with parquet flooring and an entirely non-smoking property. Family rooms are also available for those travelling in groups, and pets are welcome, with a possible surcharge.
Every room comes with a private bathroom with bathtub or shower, bidet, bathrobe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, as well as a desk and a bedside power outlet. Rooms are also equipped with a minibar, kettle for tea and coffee machine, useful for those who prefer to keep hours independent of breakfast.
For entertainment, rooms offer a flat-screen TV with streaming services such as Netflix and internet connection, so guests can stay comfortably connected during their stay in Rome.
NAMAN HOTELLERIE – Roma is located in the Centro district, just steps from Via di San Sebastianello, in one of the most elegant and popular areas of the capital, among luxury boutiques, historic cafés and 18th-century palaces. The urban setting is that of the so-called Tridente, the triangle of streets that opens from Piazza di Spagna towards Via del Corso and Via Condotti, the heart of Roman shopping.
Getting around without a car is easy: Spagna Metro Station on Line A is just 150 metres away, while Barberini Metro Station can be reached in 600 metres. Roma Termini railway station is 1.8 km away, convenient for those arriving by train from other cities. For those travelling by plane, Rome Ciampino Airport is about 13 km away and Fiumicino Airport 19 km, both connected to the centre by shuttle buses and trains.
Just steps away are some of Rome’s most photographed landmarks: the Spanish Steps at 100 metres, the Barcaccia Fountain at 150 metres and the Trevi Fountain at 700 metres, an almost obligatory stop for anyone visiting the city in any season. A short walk also leads to Piazza del Popolo (650 metres) and the Pincio park (550 metres), great for a break in the shade of Roman pines. Those with more time can head towards Piazza Navona and Villa Borghese, both about 1.2 km away, or spend an evening at the many restaurants and bars in the area, some just steps from the property’s entrance.
