Location & what to see

Navona Queen Rooftop occupies a 19th-century building along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, in the area between Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, one of the liveliest stretches of Rome’s historic center, among alleys with shops, cafés and historic trattorias just steps from the entrance, such as Antica Trattoria Polese and Pasta in Corso, both about 50 meters away.

Piazza Navona is a 5-minute walk away, while Campo de’ Fiori is right across the street. Castel Sant’Angelo is 450 meters away and Vatican City about a 10-minute walk, with St. Peter’s Square just over a kilometer away. Roma San Pietro railway station is 1.2 km away and the Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations are both less than 1.5 km away; a bus with connections to Termini, Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum stops in front of the building. Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are about 13 and 17 km away, respectively.

The area is best explored mainly on foot: besides Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, a 15-20 minute walk leads to Largo di Torre Argentina, Palazzo Braschi and the Trevi Fountain, while Trastevere with Piazza di Santa Maria is about a kilometer away. In high season (spring and autumn) it’s best to head out early in the morning to beat the queues at the main sites; in summer, the property’s panoramic terrace offers a natural spot to unwind as evening falls.
