Piccolo Hotel is a family-run 3-star hotel in the Sempione district of Milan, managed by the same family of hoteliers since 1960. It is located about 500 metres from the MICO congress centre and about 20 minutes by public transport from the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre, in a residential area full of bars and restaurants.

Fiera Milano Rho is also connected in about 20 minutes by public transport, and the MICO congress centre is just 500 metres away on foot.

Contemporary architecture enthusiasts can reach the Bosco Verticale in about 2.4 km, and close by is also Casa Milan, home of the AC Milan club, 950 metres away. In winter the district comes alive with Christmas markets on the main streets, while in summer the city parks remain the favourite meeting point for an evening stroll.
