Residenza Romana

Residenza Romana is a family-run bed and breakfast in the Villa Borghese/Parioli district of Rome, about 300 metres from Piazza del Popolo and 250 metres from Flaminio Metro Station.

The property offers a limited number of suites with independent entrance, designed for families and small groups looking for more space than a traditional hotel room. Each accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom with bidet, flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee machine and tea set, as well as parquet floors and a living area separate from the sleeping area. Some suites overlook the inner garden, others the rooftops of the district.

Breakfast, served Italian style, is included in the stay and is one of the aspects most appreciated by guests, together with the staff service. The location allows guests to reach Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese on foot, while still staying in a quiet residential area of the capital, away from the traffic of the more central districts.

Plan your stay at Residenza Romana

Intimate bed and breakfast in Rome, between Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, with air-conditioned suites, independent entrance and Italian breakfast every morning.

Room types

The three room types at Residenza Romana are actually suites with independent entrance, all featuring a living room separate from the bedroom, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and bidet, flat-screen TV, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The parquet floors and the presence of a living area set these accommodations apart from classic hotel rooms, making them suitable for longer stays or small groups.

The Queen Suite and the Standard Suite share the same layout with a sofa bed in the living room and a view of the inner garden, but differ in size, 40 and 25 square metres respectively. The Two-Bedroom Suite, on the other hand, is designed for larger families, with two separate double bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the city, for up to four guests.
