The area retains a residential and quiet atmosphere, despite being just a few hundred metres from the city’s major archaeological sites, such as the Baths of Caracalla, only 600 metres away, and Palatine Hill, 800 metres away.

Getting around is easy thanks to Circo Massimo Metro Station, 250 metres away, and Piramide Metro Station, 850 metres away, both useful for reaching the city centre or Termini Station. Roma Ostiense Railway Station is 1.1 km away, while Rome Ciampino Airport is around 11-14 km away and Fiumicino Airport is 18 km away. The Colosseum can be reached in about 1.1 km, as can the Roman Forum, both easy to visit on foot.
